The Mecklenburg County Bar (MCB) has selected Johnston Allison Hord attorney Matt Gerber to participate in its 2024 Bar Leadership Institute (BLI). During the program, Matt, along with 19 other accomplished legal professionals, will embark on a journey to enhance their skills, gain insight into leadership opportunities, and foster relationships with their peers.
The institute’s rigorous selection process ensures that participants, limited to a class size of fifteen to twenty lawyers, possess three or more years of legal experience and have demonstrated a strong motivation to serve in leadership positions. Furthermore, candidates must exhibit a dedication to public service, involvement with charitable organizations, and meaningful engagement with the work of the Mecklenburg County Bar and Foundation.
Since joining Johnston Allison Hord in 2021, Matt has proven himself an invaluable asset to the firm. His dedication to his practice has contributed to the success of our Real Estate Practice Group and positioned him as a rising star within the legal community of Mecklenburg County.
As Matt embarks on this exciting opportunity with the BLI, we express our pride in his accomplishments and eagerly anticipate watching him evolve into a dynamic leader within the legal industry. His selection is a testament to his commitment to excellence and his potential to make significant contributions to the legal profession.
